What you will do

You will be part of our Human Resources Team and will be in charge of supporting the HR & Legal team.

What you will do :

·  Supporting coaching the development and transformation of the sales teams.
·  Record keeping of individual training and development plans for each of the team members.
·  Overview all the recruitment projects whilst managing, guiding, and supporting the sourcing team.
·  Market feedback / studies
·  Managing recruitment and hiring processes (identification of staffing needs and potential recruitment sources, participation in application screening and phone/face to face interviews, administrative support in hiring activities (induction and training programs for new staff).
·  Administration of HR management systems, handling daily HR transactions, reports and projects in order to provide direct support to the business.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a brilliant Master student or fresh graduate in Human Resources or a similar subject with good English skills, a good propensity for communication and relationship building, driven by curiosity and personal initiative for a 6 months internship
