Stage - Stock rebalancing Project - junior

In the framework of challenging objectives of worldwide obsolete inventory reduction, several actions plans are being launched to reach the targets of our company program , and particularly the Tailored supply chain 2.0 program associated. This program aims at reducing by 200 Millions euros the obsolete inventory level within next 2 years.

This acceleration requires a strong stock rebalancing process improvement. This process has been started end of 2015. The volume of exchange is currently 5M€ in 2016, with an identified potential portfolio of 20M€.

The intern will be in charge of this improvement plan, in global teams, from definition to implementation of proposals. The actions will be analysis, pilots and formalization of process, tools definition and creation, and can go until detailed operational interactions.

Interactions with international planning teams will be frequent. The intern must be comfortable at working in multicultural English speaking environment

Profil recherché

The candidate studies in Engineering or Business school (master degree), ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain field, and/ or a prior internship on this subject.

Fluent English is required.

Intern will need to showcase superior analytical and synthesis skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills. He/she will demonstrate strong analytical skills, whether in relation with qualitative or quantitative data.

Excellent skills in common analytics tools (EXCEL mandatory) and good skills in learning new applications is required.
