Job description
· Responsible for scheduling Field Service Engineers (FSE's) for services in the Americas to meet the needs of the client
· Track, maintain, and update training records and ensure the FSE team is always up to date on technical training, safety trainings, and customer specific trainings
· Track, maintain, and update list of work visas and immigration requirements for clients
· Track, maintain, and update list of FSE equipment and tools and ensure tools are always within calibration
· Maintain compliance with customer health and safety requirements prior to job mobilization
· ISN, BROWZ, Avetta, DISA, and others
· Follow up with FSE team to ensure reporting requirements are met in a timely manner
· Work with Installed Base Manager and Service Sales team to track current installed base
· Assist the Service Sales team in service contract preparation and compliance

Qualifications :
Experience (minimum required level)
· 1-2 years experience in a similar position, or bachelors degree
Knowledge required:
· Excellent verbal and written English skills
· Conversational verbal and written Spanish skills
· Knowledge of Latin American business culture
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, Siebel, SAP, Oracle
Knowledge desired but not essential:
· Technical knowledge about industrial UPS systems & industry
· Experience coordinating complex projects
