Job description
1) Communicate with PE and factory for the order issue.
2) Release orders / Goods issues in system with accuracy and timely.
3) Daily orders status reporting and weekly order forecast.
4) Daily shipping arrangement / monitoring on time delivery to customer
5) Handling customer complaint and escalate when needed
6) Customs documents preparation for export orders
7) Payment check for shipping / forwarder and supplier management
Desired profile
Bachelor or above
3+ year experience in downstream supply management field
Know well about order management , experience in logistic and customs are preferable
Good sense for customer service and team work
Good written & spoken English, MS Office
Self-motivated, passionate and Good communication skills
