1. Manage and develop channel: Dealers, Electrician members

2. Perform customer mapping. Identify key customers and potential new market

3. Detect and build relationship with electrician, consult them to join Club Schneider Electric – A loyalty program is just for electrician (CSE).

4. Maintain, consolidate and develop the relationship with CSE's members to increase opportunity of SE products in residential market.

5. Propose necessary plans in order to increase the number of CSE's member and develop their activities in the club, especially is activities in Reward program.

6. Organize product presentation and provide necessary training to customers

7. Cooperate with Other Department team to implement promotion campaign toward customers

8. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Able to gather specific information (competitors product offer, price, promotion, delivery, credit policy…) to report to Manager

1. Build a strong and wide coverage Dealer and Electrician network

2. Enable a growth and stable business at residential market

1. Sales planning and activities

Plan sales activities and develop necessary action plans to ensure that visit plan is accomplished.

2. Promote products and solutions

Organize Product presentation and provide necessary training to customers.

3. Promotion for loyalty program

Work closely with electricians to implement promotion campaign toward electrician, increase the number of electricians joined the program.

Cooperate with sales team and MKT to ensure the targets of program are accomplished

4. Promotion and Push pull actions

Cooperate with MKT to implement promotion campaign toward customers. Lead or cooperate with team and MKT to execute assigned Push, pull actions.

5. Network expansion and strengthen

Develop customer database (Dealer, Electricians, contractor, investor) and develop action plan for each customer or each customer type. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers.

6. Market intelligence

Able to gather specific information (competitors product offer, price, promotion, delivery, credit policy,… ) to report to Manager and MKT and able to adapt effectively to the change of market situation

7. Sales planning and activities

Plan sales activities and develop necessary action plans to ensure that visit plan is accomplished.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Education:

Bachelor degree

Working Experience:

Working experience in electrical sales or channel sales

Business Understanding:

Understand company's products and competitors are an advantage

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

Good level of communication

Listening capacity and responsiveness

Accept to work under pressure, high commitment

Willing to travel – monthly to provinces
