Project Coordinator, Global HR (1-year contract)

Job description

· Designing and developing the internal newsletters for Global HR Community
· Designing and planning the social media activities & projects
· Managing the execution & operation of global HR projects
· Planning of internal workshops
· Supporting execution internal surveys
· Setting up research model for various projects
· Managing data analytics (eg. developing score card. PPT dashboard)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  HR related working/ academic experience
·  Excellent attention to detail and speed in execution
·  Basic understanding of the HR function
·  Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
·  Good hand-on experience on MS-Office suite
