· Obtains customer satisfaction & loyalty feedback from surveys and other relevant sources.
- Ensures specific issues are promptly managed and closed.
- Builds and shares analysis of the key satisfaction and loyalty drivers, and drives improvement actions.
- Deploys the best practices
- Ensures deployment and operation of the global process in several countries.
