Job Description

Au sein du pôle Ingénierie Industrialisation, le responsable Ingénierie Industrialisation aura en charge de mettre à disposition des pilotes Ingénierie les plus efficientes pour permettre l'atteinte des objectifs clients en terme de Qualité Coûts, Délai, Performance, de développer des standards métiers optimum et piloter la montée en compétences du métier et des compétences

• Assurer le rôle de manager hiérarchique

• Fournir aux projets d'industrialisation les ressources nécessaires pour l'obtention du résultat attendu par le client et décider du faire ou faire faire

• Identifier le besoin métier par rapport à une situation existante et future

• Réaliser des benchmarks en interne ou externe groupe

• Monter en compétence ses ressources métier par le support d'une GPEC pertinente

• Améliorer en continue les standards et outils métiers pour une efficience maximale

• Développer et assurer et la cohérence métier (outils, standards, reporting)

• Assurer un reporting pertinent

• Participer à l'amélioration des processus dans lequel il intervient

• Mettre en place le management visuel au sein de sa QRQC suivant les objectifs QCDP de son secteur en utilisant les outils numériques
