The Position:

The System Support Engineer is responsible for carry out field service function for Roche Diagnostics Products relating to instrument troubleshooting, instrument installation, instrument preventive maintenance procedures and other issues of instrument after sales service. Reporting to System Support Manager, you will use your expertise to

·  Instrument installation, commissioning and instrument troubleshooting for Roche Diagnostics Products instruments
·  Response promptly for all service calls
·  Preventive maintenance as schedule set
