The Project Enabling Office (PEO) participates in the improvement of the management and success of Pharma Technical (PT) business projects by implementing a standard project management methodology (PT PMM), building project management capabilities through training and coaching, and providing active support to project teams. In this position you will support the PEO team (4 experts in project and change management) in its daily activities.

Key activities:

·  Supporting our team at optimizing the Project Management Methodology (PT PMM) Tools and Templates
·  Updating / improving the PEO Touchpoint site and other communication tools
·  Coordinating the PEO trainings and the PT Project Management Community of Practice activities
·  Learning what Project Management is about and be exposed to Best Practices

You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in business or administration and you are interested in developing your knowledge of project management as a specific discipline.

Moreover you are/have:

·  Confident and assertive manner, self-reliant, proactive and autonomous
·  Strong business acumen
·  Very good knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel) and ideally Sharepoint
·  Excellent communication skills in English.
·  Strong team player with a proactive attitude, able to multitask and remain organized
