Student Internship Database Management in Global Supplier Quality (from July/August 2018, 6-12 Months)

This internship is a great opportunity to gain insights into the Direct Material Specification Lifecycle Team (DMSLT) within the Global Supplier Quality Organization in Roche.

We in DMSLT manage the Direct Material Specification Lifecycle Process using one global business process across the organization and improve the Quality of Direct Materials across the PT manufacturing network. We reliably deliver appropriate and harmonized specifications for direct materials updating existing and developing new specifications as well as align direct material quality and business requirements of all Roche manufacturing sites with supplier capabilities. On top we cooperate with suppliers to ensure that they agree and consistently deliver according to these requirements and take accountability for Direct Material Specifications.

In this position you will :

·  Learn how to connect technical possibilities with the customers need in programming of Sharepoint sites
·  Use your creativity to design attractive websites that are easy to navigate and intuitive operable
·  Expand your knowledge in electronic archiving rules
·  Train the team member in using the new Shareweb
·  Get an insight in the daily business of the global quality organization
·  Broaden your perspective and working in a diverse international team

Your Profile

You are a matriculated student in the subject of sciences, computer sciences, information technology, information & communication systems, business information technology or with a comparable study course.

Your further profile for this position :

·  Ideally a good knowledge of the toolbox for programming Sharepoint sites and its applications
·  Team and customer oriented personality
·  Self-sufficient, problem solving-oriented work habits
·  Reliable and accurate working style
·  Interest in using and sharing your knowledge as part of modern working environment
·  Interested in expanding your experience in a world leading pharmaceutical company
·  Proficient in English and ideally German as well
