You will be responsible for Roche MS-IVD products road-mapping and marketing.

·  Developing and implementing product roadmap: Assessing and implementing product launch and market entry strategy for product portfolio by Roche MS-IVD; Analyzing competitions, gathering market intelligence, segmenting market, and formulating sales argumentation;
·  Communicating with key opinion leaders and distributors on product launch preparation, updates and information;
·  Updating Regional Team with product uptake and on-going marketing plans;
·  Internal support on Roche Molecular & Tissue Diagnostics products and information: Conducting product updates and training to distributors, sales team, and application team;
·  Supporting marketing messaging with an outlook to molecular and tissue diagnostics product portfolio;
·  Overseeing product registration activities and scheduling;
·  Assisting in annual budgeting.

You should hold:

·  Master degree or above in the life science discipline (molecular biology, genetics or biochemistry required). Completion of an advanced degree in business (MBA) or related science is strongly desired;
·  Proficiency in both spoken and written English and good command of MS office software application;
·  Product & marketing expertise.

You should have 3 to 5 years experience in sales and /or marketing experience in the diagnostics or pharma industry. Experience in MDx highly preferred.
