Provide admin assist service to department heads, include arrangement of calendars, meetings, visit and associated interfaces transactions according to the requirements of pool leader and department heads. Support team related administrative and financial tasks. Team Internal documentation. Support team events organize and coordinate. Act as custodian of corporate documents and records. Take and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents. Prepare documents, spreadsheet, and presentation material as assigned. Responsible for VIP visit arrangement. Other tasks or projects assigned by line leader.
