We are seeking a highly talented Scientific Researcher to join the Department of Antibody Engineering with a focus on antibody discovery using primary B cell cloning technology to fuel our therapeutic pipeline as well as provide critical tool antibodies for research and development.

Requirements

Requirements for this position include a BS or MS in Immunology, Cell Biology, or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience from academic or industrial settings. Also needed are strong skill in handling primary cells, tissue culture, cell-based assays, ELISA and FACS analysis. Experience in automation and in vivo handling is desirable. Keen attention to detail, strong skills in organization, time management, communication and teamwork are essential. Working knowledge of computer database management and cytometry software analysis tools such as Diva, CellQuest, and FlowJo are highly desirable.Job level will be based on prior experience and accomplishment.

The successful candidate will be part of dynamic and highly motivated teams driving the discovery of best antibodies to support diverse therapeutic areas, including cancer immunotherapy, oncology, immunology and neuroscience. This position requires working effectively with multidisciplinary teams from our Research and Development organizations. The candidate is expected to contribute at the bench as well as at strategic levels, and present data to project teams. Preferred candidates will have training and experience in immunology and cell biology, ability to multi-task and critical skills in data analysis. This hire will be focus on antibody discovery using various cutting-edge technologies including primary cell culture, immune cell analysis, flow cytometry, HTP screening and automation.
