Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Planning
· Assist in the design and implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with supervisor and marketing colleagues
· Assess territory potential, and develop and implement territory action plan
· Regularly update target customer profile and prioritization
Account & Brand Management
· Build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners, Nurses and Pharmacists to build product advocacy
· Appropriate use of CRM system to develop and implement required call plan
· Effectively deliver key messages to the right target customers
Performance Management
· Align with supervisor to set working objective and task
· Collect, analyze and report market/competition information on time based on business requirements
Finance Management
· Manage budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy
Team Management
· Work closely and collaboratively with other team members
Self-Management
· Keep proactively learning product and disease knowledge and promotion skills to realize continuous self-improvement
· Adhere to the relevant local SOPs, reporting all drug safety or product complaints/counterfeits, within ONE working day
· Attend annual drug safety and product complaints/counterfeit training
