Job Purpose:

·  Create a stimulating work environment (people & process) capable of delivering consistent, sustainable sales and profit growth in line with corporate goals and local operations strategy for assigned products & brand.
·  Re enforce the local partnership with Health Care professionals according to the ethic standard of the Group.
·  Strongly support the development of professional skills of team members and their evolution.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities


Strategic/Tactical:

·  To develop and deliver national / territory business plans in order to ensure optimum performance and achievement of set targets.
·  Ensure the ongoing follow up and analysis of all key indicators in conjunction with all Product Specialist in order to detect short falls and pro-actively implement corrective steps.
·  Ensure that all resources (human & financial & technical) are optimally utilized and deployed in order to achieve the set targets.
·  Provide input to the definition of the ABPs for the specific business area, ensuring that all sales plans and objectives are aligned to these.
·  Strategize and plan around the product promotion based on the accurate understanding of customer needs.
·  Establish plans of action in co-ordination with other departments (Marketing, Commercial, Medical, Compliance, Senior management…) and develop a strong synergy with other operations team.
·  Informs the Head of Operations about major events, opportunities , deviations as they arise (time factor).
·  Maintains a high level product related knowledge and skills, appropriate to the manager job level.

Professional and General Requirements & Directions for Development:

·  Scientific degree: Doctor in Medicine, Biologist, Pharmacist, Dentist, Veterinarywith experience in Pharmaceutical Industry preferred.
·  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales and People Management.
·  Should possess a full range of field & Pharma industry knowledge:
·  Knowledge in PV - knowledge of Hospital market environment - knowledge of pathology - mastering of clinical studies relating to promoted products – advanced skill in sales management.
·  Substantial experience working with diverse external stakeholders.
·  Experience working in a matrix and multi-cultural environment.
·  Fluency in written and spoken English.
