  Job facts

As a medical information consultant, you will workthrough various promotion and seminar, well transmit the key product information to clients timely to accomplish promotion target. Cooperated with Mkt. and MD dept. etc., promote products deeply, to improve Roche and Roche Products brand.
·  Planning:propose, review, design and implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with line manager and marketing colleagues
·  Account & Brand Management:build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners, Nurses and Pharmacists to influence the prescription of Roche products, visit nurse to collect market feedback and build product advocacy
·  Performance Management, align with line manager to set working objective and task, collect and analyze data information on time based on business requirements
·  Finance Management, set up budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy
·  Team Collaboration, work closely and collaboratively with other team members
·  Self-Management, act as a Product and sales expert within the team,provide counselling and mentoring to junior team members
·  Sales Achievement & Business Development

You have University Degree and above with 2-5+ years sales representative experience within pharmaceutical industry, other requirements are;
·  RDPAC qualification within probation
·  Pass all Roche mandatory training courses before required timeline within probation
·  Sales Achievement & Business Development
·  Good Selling skills and familiar with product knowledge
·  Industry & Disease/Therapeutic area knowledge
·  Good customer management ability and teamwork spirit
·  Sales Force Effectiveness and capability development
