Job facts
You will be responsible for national regional marketing teams; develop & execute regional marketing action plans that are aligned with central marketing strategies.
· Developing national regional marketing strategy and organization to support the implementation of central marketing strategies and achieve targets;
· Overseeing regional teams' performance & execution to ensure value added activities, excellent collaboration with sales, CPT and other pertinent functional teams and ultimately aligned with central marketing strategy;
· Developing, managing & maintaining top KOLs for the region;
· Collecting market & competitive intelligence and contribute to central marketing;
· Connecting & facilitating discussions and collaborations between regional marketing teams with sales, CPT, distributors, central marketing and other internal functional groups to ensure successful completion of projects;
· Ensuring strong collaboration with sales to execute marketing initiatives to capture more business;
· Responsible for developing & executing high quality and value promotional activities and events.
You should hold:
· At least bachelor degree in Clinical Diagnostics Science or Business Administration;
· Good command of English in both spoken and written and MS office software application;
You should have at least 7 years sales & marketing experience in IVD or related industry, at least 3 years of sales experience and at least 3 years managerial experience.
