In Egypt, we are looking for a Marketing and Sales Excellence Associate based in Cairo. Your main responsibilities as a valuable member of Roche Market Access & Strategic Planning team will be the following:

Marketing Excellence and Market Insights:

You will conduct primary and secondary market researches, for example about brand equity, ad hoc researches and Sales Force Effectiveness surveys. You will also need to utilize secondary research and where necessary purchase appropriate information. In collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will identify requirements for primary and secondary market research (PMR/SMR) and will be responsible for the maintenance and development of PMR/SMR Databases. As well, you will provide proposals on how to convert PMR/SMR results into strategy (with some support and guidance from Business Unit Managers) and present objective insights from analyses to the management.

Your further responsibilities include:

·  Providing support in the competitive intelligence data gathering and reporting
·  Collecting IMS data and updating the market share (MS%) report on a monthly/quarterly basis
·  Analyzing the MS% or secondary market research data and sending recommendations per product on a monthly/ quarterly basis as needed
·  Facilitating the development as well as the validation of patient journey for key strategic products to be updated on yearly basis and used as a basis for key marketing tactics

Sales Force Effectiveness:

You will be responsible for defining and updating CRM KPIs and making sure they are measured accurately. You will ensure the adoption of CRM concept by sales and marketing teams and provide business with the needed CRM reports and propose corrective actions when needed.

Staying close to the sales teams in the field, you will monitor system and SFE concepts implementation and provide recommendations and action plans to management if needed.

As well, you will be responsible for rolling-out & maintaining e-detailing system in coordination with IT & regional team.

Others:

·  Support affiliate new launches readiness when needed
·  Performs other duties assigned to him and when the need arises.
·  Reporting Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unite within Roche timelines.
