As team member of the Roche Services (Europe) Business Development and Communications Department you will be in charge of Administratively supporting communications activities of the SSC Budapest, implementing global and local SSC communications plan within Roche Services (Europe) Ltd., Primarily managing and maintaining Intranet and other digital communication channels and actively participating in workshops, meetings and work-related team events.

Your key responsibilities will be as a Junior Communications Specialist :

·  Representing global SSC Marketing and Brand Strategy within and outside the organization.
·  Managing and maintaining official internal communications and actively participating in Communications improvement projects
·  Primarily managing operational activities of assigned company events
·  Proactively seeking opportunities to allow more effective cooperation between team members regardless of country/functional assignments
·  Performing various assignments in a flexible manner as business needs warrant (including cross geographic or cross functional tasks that might arise as business evolves)
