This position is for an International Medical Science Liaison (iMSL), which is a field LATAM based role supporting Roche's developmental portfolio in Gastro-Intestinal Inflammatory Disorders.

We are looking to recruit a high calibre individual to join our International Medical Liaison Team. This is a great opportunity for you to combine your scientific background, clinical expertise with your flair for communication and relationship building.

Reporting to the iMSL Team Leader, the International MSL Team (iMSL) provide field medical affairs support to our drug development programs in the early phase of clinical research (Ph II/III). Roche's iMSLs are co-located in the affiliates but with a solid reporting line to Product Development Medical Affairs (PDMA), Basel. iMSLs operate in both ‘home' countries, as well as secondary and tertiary countries, referred to as ‘visiting countries'.

The ideal candidate will manage the important liaison between the healthcare professional and the relevant internal functions at Roche, exploring and identifying opportunities for building partnerships that benefit both parties. Experience in therapy area expert development is therefore highly desirable. As is experience of supporting phase II - IV studies, and a good working knowledge of ICH-GCP.

Naturally, you will ensure that all of your work complies with Roche's and other regulatory and industry procedures and standards.

The insight gained by your interactions with healthcare professionals will allow you to proactively contribute to strategic discussions to improve the quality and relevance of the research and data generated by the Company.
