We have an exciting new role in our Insulin Delivery Systems (IDS) team as aninsulin pump training specialistcovering London.

As an insulin pump training specialist you will work in partnership with NHS Trust Diabetes teams, to identify and agree training and support required for healthcare professionals and patients in initiation and ongoing technical use of Accu-Chek Insulin Pumps.

A key part of your role will be delivering effective technical training in the use of Accu-Chek insulin pumps and associated Accu-Chek products to patients, carers and healthcare professionals.You will alsosupport the insulin pump sales specialist in delivering key messages at Patient Choice and other Accu-Chek or HCP led events.

You will also focus on developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify needs, priorities and objectives around insulin pump and CGM technology, identifying and communicating sales opportunities to the insulin pump sales specialist in your area.

For this role you will bring:

·  Proven experience and clinical knowledge of the clinical management of Type1 Diabetes
·  Experience of working in insulin pump therapy would be advantageous.
·  Previous experience in a training role.
·  Diabetes industry experience in training or sales advantageous.
·  A strong desire to make a difference and enable people with diabetes to lead an unrestricted life
·  Strong empathy and customer care skills
·  Excellent organisation and communications skills
