Global Mobility Specialist

The Global Mobility Specialist serves as a specialist in international compensation, benefits and assignment management systems, and works closely with global HR partners and Global Mobility professionals in Switzerland and USA.

Main responsibilities: ·

·  Managing all administrative aspects of international assignments (Start to Repatriation) ·
·  Calculation of cost projections & assignee compensation packages ·
·  Generation of home and host payroll instructions in respective of assignment payments & allowances ·
·  Preparation of Assignment Letter of Conditions ·
·  Gathering & researching of assignee & assignment related data ·
·  Liaise and consult global home & host HR partners and Payroll teams to manage accurate & timely payments ·
·  Support the Global Mobility function & team on special assignments and projects ·
·  Identify potential process improvements & enhancements in the assignment management process

Requirements:

·  You have minimum 3 years of relevant global mobility experience included in international tax
·  You are fluent in English
·  You have strong client focus & interpersonal skills
·  You have ability to work in global environment
·  You have excellent communication skills & team player
·  You have experience in MS Office & HR assignment management systems (SAP, Workday, Polaris)
·  You have ability to work in a fast-paced & changing environment
·  You have ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders
