Roche Diagnostics Scandinavia AB is marketing, sales and service organization for Roche's diagnostics products. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer - Molecular and Tissue, based in Stockholm, to further strengthen the Roche Diagnostics business. As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for activities at customer site e.g. installations, training, service and maintenance using your expertise and skills. You are prepared to visit customers throughout Sweden and attend training courses abroad.

Education

You have a technical / engineering education.

Work Experience

The person we are looking for has minimum 3 years of working experience in working with equipment in clinical laboratories.

Understanding of Clinical Routine Laboratories and experience in IT solutions is of advantage.

Functional Competencies

You have deep IT knowledge, good analytical skills and good technical knowledge. Comprehensive understanding of laboratory structure, practice and workflow is something you gained in your work life. You are a problem-solver and a person who enjoys using his/her troubleshooting skills.

Personal Competencies

You are focused on creating value for the customer and the company, serving as a role model for the organization, delivering results, and you are open-minded with an eagerness to innovate, learn and change. You have good communications skills in Swedish and English.
