ECOSYSTEM (HEALTH CARE) PARTNER

Ecosystem Partner works closely with defined Health Care Professionals and other various stakeholders with the sole mission to make a difference in patients' lives by enabling the availability of Roche products to those in need.
What will you do?
· Act as function agnostic role with a borderless accountability for one or more Eco-systems
· Acts as the customer-facing, primary point of contact, and as the connector with Roche's network
· Drives for co-creation with all relevant stakeholders within an ecosystem to achieve personalized & fit-for purpose solutions
· Establish long-term, peer-to-peer relationships with HCPs, PAGs, caregivers and other various stakeholders in a given ecosystem(s) within therapeutic field(s) and deliver quality interactions and services that bring value and that are aligned with Roche strategies
· Involve and engage internal and external stakeholders in co-creating solutions related to disease strategy, product lifecycle, go to market strategies and execute strategic plans.
· Support market access & financial planning activities by determining strategic partners, sharing scientific information with relevant stakeholders as needed and sharing the insights obtained with relevant units in order to co-create solutions to overcome barriers to providing patients with treatment
Experience & Knowledge
· At least 1 year of experience in Pharmaceutical industry, preferably with innovative pharmaceutical companies
· University degree in Medicine, Dental medicine or Pharmacy required
· Postgraduate/MBA would be an asset
· Fluency in written and spoken English & Macedonian
· Driving License (B)
· Excellent digital skills
