The Custom Accounts Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of custom and OEM orders, including inventory and standing shipments, and sending out QC paperwork for required components. The Custom Accounts Coordinator will work closely with the Logistics Manager,Supply Chain Analyst, US Inventory Coordinator, Sales Team, Support and Applications, Logistics, Manufacturing, and QC to ensure all orders are processed per their expected delivery date. Day to day responsibilities primarily include maintaining custom inventory, entering and scheduling shipments in Epicor and overseeing the physical assembly and QC of the kits. Daily responsibilities also include interacting with the sales team and customers to relay order details and confirmations, as well as responding to all COA requests. The ideal candidate for this position must be extremely organized, analytical as well as courteous and professional in their business communications.

Responsibilities:

· 
Maintain physical inventory for all custom and OEM components. Ensure freezer is organized and all inventory is easy to find and access.

· 
Maintain custom/OEM inventory in Epicor, troubleshooting incorrect quantities, and creating Warehouses/Bins as needed.

· 
Work with the Sales Team to communicate new custom and OEM orders to manufacturing, and communicate with the manufacturing and shipping schedule for new components and lots shipping from manufacturing locations.

Enter all custom/OEM orders into Epicor, including confirming and entering all releases.

· 
Communicate special requirements and oversee assembly, QC, and shipping of all custom/OEM kits by logistics team.

· 
Maintain OEM accounts, as well as accounts that order custom kits, including all customer specific requirements.

· 
Maintain and report custom/OEM Metrics to the Logistics Manager.

· 
Send hard copy and electronic versions of COA's, CoC's, and all other QC paperwork as requested.

· 
Provide custom/OEM order updates to the Sales Team and customers as needed.

· 
Create and update standard operating procedures and policies for all custom/OEM related responsibilities as needed.

· 
Identify and train backup custom/OEM account specialists.

· 
Work with IT to improve Epicor processes in regards to handing custom/OEM

· 
order and shipping requirements.

· 
Maintain a running knowledge of all general logistics procedures and act as backup for all standard shipping activities in the logistics department.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years experience with custom/OEM accounts management.

A background in logistics, manufacturing or client services desired.

Experience with Epicor a strong plus

Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.

Extremely organized with both physical inventory and record keeping.

Strong analytical skills preferred.
