Manages the BRIDGE database by validating that all data standards are followed, configuration management, gathering requirements for new releases, validating with user base that requirements will work with business processes, updating business processes as needed, writing test cases and working closely with IT Business Analyst on all new releases. Responsible for troubleshooting production errors and reporting technical issues to IT. Provide statistics and data reports for management, finance and project leaders.

Responsibilities Include:

·  Manages data standards and validates that BRIDGE data is accurate.
·  Responsible for BRIDGE configuration including/not limited to updating dictionaries, user management, vendors in the portal, links, mass edits and database messages.
·  Gathers requirements from users using focus groups and surveys, validates and prioritizes requirements with user community prior to the beginning of any new releases. Involves IT with requirements and focus groups.
·  Prepares test cases and validates all documentation for future releases. Responsible for implementing the changes into the business and providing first point of contact for issues.
·  Validates all development and provides feedback to the IT Business Analyst.
·  Provides iCORE management, Finance and Project Leaders with statistics charging information and other data analysis.
·  Reports all instances of use of the BRIDGE application that do not comply with established policy and procedures.
·  Serves as first point of contact for BRIDGE issues within R&D including printers, scanners and software. Reports and tracks issues to validate that they are resolved in a timely manner to minimize interruptions to the business.
·  Secures BRIDGE database by developing policies, procedures, and controls.
·  Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
·  Miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field).
·  Minimum of 3 years of database management experience.
·  Minimum of 2 years of experience designing, developing, and producing reports from database application.
·  Experience with database software/web applications.
·  Strong analytical and organizational skills
·  Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
·  Ability to understand business needs.
·  Strong leadership skills desired.
·  Up-to-date knowledge of technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  5 years of database management experience.
·  4 years of experience designing, developing, and producing reports from database application.
