As Biomarkers Special you will Coordinate and implement initiatives to increase access to diagnostic tools (Testing) in order to provide Roche personalized therapies to those who need them. Implementation of the plan with the alignment and collaboration of other strategic areas of the company such as squads, countries, Foundation Medicine Inc. (FMI) and Diagnostics.

Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Collaborate in the elaboration of the Annual Diagnosis plan based on the brand or portfolio strategy developed by the squads and aligned to the needs of the CAC countries.
·  Collaborate in the development of the strategy and support the negotiation process with the main key accounts in the region in collaboration with the country teams, based on diagnostic opportunities. Promote the strategy and negotiation process with the main key accounts in the region, based on the opportunities offered by Personalized Medicine.
·  Follows up on the implementation of joint strategies with Roche Diagnostics, promoting the One Roche concept.
·  Manage the investment budget for Personalized Healthcare (PHC) Diagnostic.
·  Collaborate in the construction of differentiation scientific / medical arguments about PHC to those responsible for preparing commercial proposals with key accounts
·  Work together with the Medical and Training department in the medical education process necessary so that all the stakeholders involved know the value of personality medicine.
·  Collaborate in the creation and implementation of the strategic and tactical FMI in CAC.
·  Ensuring compliance for support programs (testing / biomarkers).

If you are a professional with a University degree preferably in health sciences or administration., that has 2 years of experience in clinical or pathology laboratories and also meet the following requirements:

·  Experience / skills in multi-disciplinary work.
·  Developed capacity for execution and results orientation.
·  Negotiation skills.
·  Pharmaceutical expertise within Central America and the Caribbean markets is desirable
·  Experience in project management desirable.
·  Advanced English/Spanish language
