Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in the area of biomarkers; • Provide the latest biomarkers scientific information to internal stakeholders, and help the hospitals to improve their testing quality as request; • Responsible for organizing, leading and developing projects and action plans in accordance with national biomarker strategy (e.g. training, quality control, local meetings, events, conferences etc.) • Identify medical needs and opportunities in the area of biomarkers, developing specific actions that impact on the diagnosis quality improvement • Synergizing the work (projects, studies, etc.) with internal stakeholders • Contribute to the development of biomarker strategy and action plans  Biomarker Science Liaison_V5.0_15 Feb 2016 Page 2 of 2 4. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验 Education/Qualifications 教育程度/所获资格证书 • Major in Clinical medicine, Pharma. Science or Pathology • Bachelor, Master Degree or above (preferred) • China Pharmaceutical Industry • Clinical medicine, Pharma. Science Leadership Competencies 领导者胜任力 Job Required Competencies 岗位所需胜任力  Good knowledge of assigned disease Area (e.g. understand basic mechanisms of disease and associated symptoms, endpoints and treatment guideline, trends)  Fundamental knowledge in drug development  Good at operational excellence  Good co-work communication and information management skill  Fluent in both written and spoken English and good PC skill
