In this position, your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

·  Coordinate activities with Category and Supplier Managers for cross site global Suppliers.
· 
Inform and train local procurement and supply chain organization on general AN concept.

· 
Work with local and global supply chain organization in Dia Global Operations on master data mapping and alignment between Roche and the suppliers.

· 
Regular report project status to DIA Direct Procurement Leadership Team and Global AN Project.

· 
Perform individual supplier analysis on which type of on-boarding should be preferred and align outcome with local Direct Procurement Managers (full integration, PO flip, light).

· 
Alignment and communication of business processes, Indirect & Direct Procurement & Supply Chain to Supplier.

· 
Review 'Onboarding Flight Plan' of selected suppliers and adjust during the project.

· 
Contact selected supplier to inform of implementation and collect contact information, explain AN concept, onboarding options and first contact for questions from supplier

· 
Review Ariba Network errors, troubleshoot errors and contact supplier to resolve; collaborate with SCC to complete resolution.

· 
Coordinate and align activities with local Finance teams.

· 
Close alignment with the E-Commerce stream of Supplier Collaboration project

· 
Strong alignment with BPM Finance organization

· 
Transfer knowledge and initiate implementation with subsequent sites; assist subsequent sites with the implementation plan, receive plan, and begin implementation

In this position, you should bring following skill set / qualifications:

· 
Technical or commercial apprenticeship or higher

· 
1 - 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain

· 
Solid MS Office and SAP ERP knowledge in the area of procurement and supply chain

· 
Ariba Network knowledge is a big plus

· 
Good language skills in German and English (in spoken and written)

· 
Good communicator and team player across departments and sites

· 
Analytical and structured

· 
Innovative personality
