For our team in Global Product Development Medical Affairs we are looking for an Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis for app. 2 years.

You will be responsible for:
·  General administrative/secretarial tasks, using MS Office and Google tools
·  Support assigned Team members (meetings and calendar management).
·  Organization and coordination of internal and external meetings. These include team meetings, video, teleconferences, Telepresence, hangout and WebEx and meetings with iHCP (Healthcare professionals) following compliance guidelines
·  Coordinate interviews worldwide and assists new employees with introduction program; travel and meeting organization worldwide in cooperation with the in-house travel centre and/or external parties if needed
·  Type documentation, e.g. agendas, presentations, minutes etc.; keep databases up-to-date: intranet (departmental homepages), internal Touchpoint and other Roche platforms, team and affiliates' contact and address lists (RADA), organization charts and global lists

You have:
·  Secretarial/Business/Office Management Qualification and several years of work experience (preferably in a similar position or in event management, agency or travel agency)
·  Fluent in written and spoken English, able to communicate in German (other languages are an asset); basic understanding of Pharma industry
·  Good knowledge of software applications (MS Office and Outlook)
·  You have managed diaries/calendars, worked for multiple managers, dealt with internal and external customers, is used to working in a fast paced environment with a busy work load, produced documents using MS Office packages
·  You have high ethical standards, ability to demonstrate Roche values, strong planning and organizational skills, communication skills, you are a strong team player, open-minded and flexible, customer service orientated and you prioritize workload and communicate proactively
