Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual that will be responsible for directing the operations and supervision of the employees related to the outbound logistics of materials and finished goods including storage and preparation and transportation to customers and suppliers. As the Supervisor, Outbound Logistics Operations you will determine space requirements for storage and schedule delivery and distribution of materials and products to achieve supply chain objectives and meet customer requirements.

In this role you will:

·  Supervise the supply, material flow, inventory, and storage from the supplier to the customer throughout the operations process.
·  Coordinate activities with field support and customer service departments to ensure that customer requirements are met.
·  Provide supervisory direction for the warehouse personnel and manage all aspects of personnel performance, staffing, training, and employee development for staff within the department.
·  Recommend changes in procedures to improve the operating efficiency of the supply chain process and champions a continuous improvement philosophy.
·  Be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's Degree or 4 years related experience and in process of obtaining degree.
·  Thorough understanding of the principles and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485
·  Proficiency in standard software applications (Word, Excel, Access)
·  Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, decision making, and leadership skills.
·  Solid understanding of manufacturing and inventory management procedures.
·  Excellent customer service skills

Working hours and expectations:

·  Normal shift schedule is Monday – Friday 9:15pm – 6am
·  Must have flexibility at times for meetings
·  Possible occasional Saturday work
