The main purpose of the job based in the Dubai regional office is to:

 

-Coordinate marketing activities of Montblanc

-Help to improve the marketing department effectiveness

-Provide back office administrative support to Dubai regional office team.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.Maximise the performance of the marketing department through administration support of marketing functions:

·  POS Material / Sales Support Material
·  Coordination with logistics and boutiques on transfer of POS material
·  Running weekly reports on POSM received and coordinating movements of POSM throughout network
·  All administration elements associated to new POSM orders on NSI
·  Administration support of Visual Merchandising Executive, Retail Marketing Executive & Wholesale Marketing Executive, including liaising and follow up with local production elements associated to POSM

 

2.Customer Relationship Management:

·  Support administration requirements of Retail Marketing Executive for Key user of Customer Database
·  Generate weekly, monthly and campaign reports from CRM system
·  Coordination with suppliers on hard copy customer mailers

 

3.Sales Tools/Material:

·  Support logistics and administration with Retail Martketing Executive of sales materials to internal boutique networks

 

4.Events & Exhibitions:

·  Administration support and coordination in the execution of trade fairs, PR events, mall exhibitions for full network
·  Support individual points of sale events & activities
·  Administration support and coordination with logistics for all products and furniture associated to retail points of sale events and exhibitions (NSI transfers, logistics liaison)
·  Supporting PR and Media activities linked to individual points of sales such as photo shoots etc and the consignment/transfer of products etc

 

5.Media & PR: 

·  Administration support of Media & PR activities
·  Following up with creative agency on media motives
·  Liaising with media buying agency to ensure ATL’s are submitted correctly
·  Administration involved with monthly PR reporting

 

5.Adiministration & Reporting:

·  General administration support of marketing and wider Montblanc team
·  Support on marketing invoice process, follow up, copy & transfer to finance department
·  Concur travel, flights & expense upload for Montblanc Management team
·  Administration coordination of international guests itineraries/visitor programmes and travel booking arrangements such as hotels, on-ground transportation, restaurant bookings etc

 

YOUR PROFILE

Education:

·  High School Graduation
·  University degree an advantage

 

Required experience:

·  Strong administration background

 

Technical skills / abilities:

·  Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Fluent in spoken and written English (Arabic an advantage)
·  Personal skills
