Job description
MAIN PURPOSE
· The purpose of this position is to provide full spectrum of Human Resources Services to respective legal entity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Recruitment and Selection
· Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
· Maintain up-to-date recruitment Progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication
· Compensation and Benefits
· Co-ordinate with payroll team to ensure a smooth and efficient payroll operations (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments)
· To gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits
· To compile all data needed for the Annual Salary Review, and the PMP analysis
· To monitor and alert theHead ofHuman Resources to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
· Produce and submit information for “knowledge sharing” with Group HR i.e. country outlook, pay-mix
· To provide information to Expatriate staffs regarding C&B (Tax; Social Benefits) information
· Employee Relations
· Tofoster aconducive working environment through employee relationship activities and communication
· To conduct exit andgrievanceinterviewswithall respective departments/staffs
· To assist in handling all local labour tribunal cases
· Training and Development
· Partnerwithline manager toidentifymanagerial training / skills building and development needs
· Plan and implement all the necessary skills training programs for the staff population to ensure the staff be equipped with adequate operation skill
· Monitor the program evaluation, and interface with Group HR and external vendors and suppliers for the implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate
· Drive the performance appraisal system and processes to ensure executional excellence to manage employee development and linking it with organizational objectives
· Central of Excellent
· Each HRBP will take one function of COE, such as C&B, L&D, Talent and ER .
