Job Description

·  Translate and adapt various teaching materials from PepsiCo European platforms.
·  Work on various projects together with sales, trade marketing, finance and logistics teams
·  Monitor the practical use efficiency of field sales team
·  Participate in various certification and competency evaluation processes
·  Monitor the efficiency analysis of conducted trainings
·  Conduct training together with experiences trainers and managers

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Graduates or undergraduate students (IV years) of Business administration or other related field
·  Fluent in Georgian, Russian language and English languages
·  Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
·  Knowledge of MS Office programs with proficiency in excel
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Highly motivated self-starter
·  Proactive, with strong organizational skills
·  Ready to put his/her knowledge into practice
·  Excellent communication skills both written and oral
·  Multitasking
·  Ready to work full-time with possibility of flexible hours upon request
