Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for executing the TA process for open roles that give service to LATAM, FLNA, PBNA, and PFNA roles that are transitioning to MBS through active search and screening leveraging technology and TA platforms while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed, be the point of contact with the Hiring Managers and Interviewers to set expectations, report statuses and get the new hires through their onboarding to PepsiCo.

 

Your Impact 

As Talent Acquisition Analyst your functions would consist of:

·  Manage Intake Meetings with Hiring Manager from the business and Hiring Manager from GBS to align profile requirements.
·  Conduct candidate outreach / research in databases or sourcing platforms.
·  Review external candidate resumes in the system.
·  Screen, assess, and evaluate external candidates leveraging technology and TA platforms.
·  Conduct behaviored based interviews to identify qualified candidates aligned with profile requirements.
·  Deliver short list of external / internal qualified candidates to HM and interviewers and send feedback communication to non-selected candidates.
·  Ensure diversity representation requirements (gender balance).
·  Ensure deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
·  Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs in critical or specific roles.
·  Maintain candidate database (via our ATS iCIMs).
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related.
·  Strong English oral and written communication skills.
·  6 months – 1 year of experience in TA processes.
·  Experience with experience with sourcing techniques and HR databases.
·  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience.
·  Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills.
·  Strong communication skills to influence decision making.
·  Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process.
·  Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
