Job Description

Position description high level:
·  Full Promo circle leading & execution: RMM, Inter RMM, DMR, MBR (include Crystal and promo tool) for Chilled Juices and Cheese categories to drive categories growth and budget management
·  Chilled Juices and Cheese categories assortment management include core assortment drive via SoA & SoS and NPD launch implementation
·  Strong non-price promo support and activation for Chilled Juices, as it’s still new for the mass market incl further distribution building, shelf visibility drive w/o damage of dairy assortment, in-store support
·  For Cheese category – cross clients promo & non-promo support split leading to avoid delistings, be in quotas and earn money for the company, as it’s the biggest category in DNR per kg and #3 category in WBD DNR impact
Position description deep:
·  Execute the complete Chilled Juices and Cheese categories strategy & business plan for NKA customers
·  Define category opportunities in customer’s to grow PEP sales
·  Implement customer’s category strategy in terms of:
·  Assortment,
·  Space and Plano
·  Category secondary placement
·  Price promo support
·  Non-price tailor made shopper activation
·  Customized equipment
·  Prepare and provide customized selling stories and category reviews for customer internal committee according to PEP targets and category development agenda
·  Drive perspective category development projects and solutions in customer, based on shopper’s behavior
·  Assortment:
·  Provide successful NPD launches in NKA
·  Space:
·  Design customized planograms by customer/store format
·  Alignment with customers
·  Dealing with field force provide planograms implementation in stores
·  Control production, delivery, placement on time all agreed POS materials countrywide
·  Develop and implement customized coolers solutions to drive the category impulse sales (Child Juice)
·  Price:
·  RMM (develop suggestions, make decisions, defend suggestions, execute actions)
·  Inter RMM (provide consultations, make decisions, defend suggestions, execute actions)
·  DMR (Cristal tool promo block leading)
·  MBR (develop suggestions, provide consultations, be informed and execute actions)
·  Control regular price points achievement
·  Control promo hot price points
·  Promo:
·  Customized price promo plan development, calculation and implementation
·  D&A promo budget management (by customer/by quarter)
·  Analytics:
·  Client and category oriented Selling stories
·  Deep category analysis and category reviews on regular basis and on request
·  Using all report types to provide valuable information and satisfy all the category requests from clients
·  Constant search for Innovations and new ways of category development
·  Communication:
·  Proactive interaction with customer, sales teams, marketing, commercialization and other internal departments
·  Sales team everyday support and engagement

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience Required
·  Strong knowledge of sales finance (CDA & promo)
·  Revenue planning & governance
·  Deep knowledge of PEP and WBD in particular planning, budgeting, procurement processes
·  English - intermediate (presenting/reading/writing)
·  Excellent Excel and Power Point user is a must
·  Strong experience in mutual projects (success stories) producer/retailer (NKA clients)
·  Be result-oriented person via constant finding different ways of target achievement
·  Leading and influence both internal and external peers
·  Proactive approach
·  Ability to find insights via combining different sources of information
