We are looking for a Trade Marketing and Digital Manager to support the development of industrial french company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade marketing and digital marketing principles, and be able to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.
Develop and implement a strong yearly local marketing action plan to execute the country strategy and grow the brand within the market.
Ensure the marketing plan is aligned with central guidelines and local strategy.
Support the Sales team to improve sales through category management and marketing.
Nourish the strategy with consumer, shopper and customer insights.
Propose a strong promotion plan adapted to each category and supporting the Brand DNA.
Recommend and implement an appropriate digital action plan for the country.
Coordinate the actions with the Trade Departments of our local Distributors.
In accordance with IC policies and with the support of the Country Manager:
Local strategic plan:
Analyse data to identify growth drivers and support the KAM/Country Manager to grow the business.
Build a strong local action plan aligned with the country strategy, central guidelines and the brand DNA to grow the business.
Adapt this local plan by channel.
Be the main point of contact for any marketing queries from our distributors.
Develop an accurate category management approach with customers and/or distributors to apply the principles of category management, and grow our market share.
Be part of category management customer meetings to support the sales team in their business plan.
Recommend and sell (with the sales team) range management, promotion events/plan, merchandising with customers.
Develop an annual promotional calendar working closely with the sales team and appropriate agencies, including local developments or product adaptations (packaging etc…) as required.
Monitor the promotion performance with the Revenue Manager.
Recommend and support in selling promotion events (theme, offer, consumer or shopper mechanism and POS).
Adapt NPD launch plan per customer.
Full management of CNIs/SCNs process- range & promotions.
Digital and communication:
Adapt the communication/digital strategy locally and insure its implementation.
Ensure the communication on each product in each channel including ecommerce content is aligned with central marketing guidelines.
Full management of social & community engagement activity, FY plan & budget.
Development and management with local agency of the boost plans agreed in line with central guidelines (extra trade B).
Merchandising & POS:
Develop and execute merchandising solutions and POS materials as appropriate.
Support the sales team as required to secure effective in store implementation.
Provide an input to the local marketing budgets in order to deliver the trade marketing plans.
Monitor budget and the ROI of each investment within budget limits.
Business degree, specializing in marketing and digital communication.
Fluent in English and spanish. French is a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
Project management skills.
Proactive, energetic individual with natural communication skills.
Commercially aware and equipped with business acumen, can easily relate and work with salespeople.
