The Business Analyst (BA) Interns will participate in a business process engineering project to design and implement a Business Operations approach that will consolidate, streamline and align disparate processes from across our organization into a new central team. The overall goal is to achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, speed and quality for the overall Government Health & Human Services team. The new Business Operation activity will span a variety of current administrative activities embedded within the organization such as client file storage and tracking, financial forecasting and reporting, project status tracking and reporting, contractual requirements tracking and reporting, customer relationship management, etc.
