Job description
Ustream, an IBM company is seeking a user experience designer to its Budapest office to extend the UX team.
Your responsibilities will be to
· Designing user flows, wireframes and prototypes for new and existing features
· Bringing simplicity to complex design roadblocks
· Writing specifications and user stories related to your designs
· Validating concepts with various user research techniques
· Planning and executing standalone user research projects
· Working closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to make sure your designs are implemented as intended Why join Ustream?

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for you if you have
· 3+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, product designer or a similar role designing mobile or web applications
· Solid experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
· Solid understanding of different user research methods
· Ability to present your designs and sell your ideas to various stakeholders
· Proficiency in Axure, Photoshop, Sketch, or other design/wireframing tools
· A deep appreciation for simple solutions to complex problems
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
