Your Role and Responsibilities
The Sales Specialist primary responsibility is to identify opportunities and progress them to contract signature on assigned territory (Russian Regions)
The TSS Client Rep will develop relevant client relationships in an assigned territory to identify and develop growth opportunities for the full portfolio of technology support services provided by IBM. This includes support for IBM hardware and software, OEM hardware and software, networking products.
The TSS Client Rep collaborate with other cross-team and cross-brand sellers to close and coordinate opportunities across multiple sales channels to ensure the IBM coverage model leads to growth for IBM Technology Support Services. He/she will develop and execute sales and engagement strategies that maximize client touches and interactions, ensure client satisfaction with IBM support, and drive growth in each strategic growth area of the TSS business.
Employees in this role are expected to specialize in the maintenance and technical support line of business. They will develop and maintain this expertise, understand competition, and develop appropriate winning sales strategies in an ever changing marketplace.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Demonstrate proficiency in Sales eminence and execution exemplified by:
-Account & Territory plan creation, strategy and execution
-Interlock and collaboration with IBM Client Execs, other IBM business units
-High productivity; accurate, timely, and thorough pipeline management, hygiene and progression
-Build trusted Client relationships
-Track record of success of meeting Sales Targets
-Knowledge of industry trends, Clients' business, TSS services and capabilities
-Accountability, autonomy and business leadership in addressing challenges and navigating through internal processes
-Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Strong seller skills and experience both in relationship and "cold" canvassing, basic IT understanding especially around HW and SW support requirements. Stong knowledge with selling to at least one industry segment or several large accounts on infrastructure solutions & programs. Strong knowledge with other brands (Cisco, Juniper, HP, Lenovo, various Open SW brands etc) on their maintenance and support programs.
