We are looking for Business Analyst to join our software support and development team responsible for maintenance and enhancement of IBM internal billing & invoicing applications. In this role the person is responsible for ensuring the IBM corporation is producing accurate and timely invoices for our clients and customers according to the general accounting rules and local country legislation.

What your daily task will look like?

As a solution architect you are expected to follow the latest trends of front-end and back-end development, to advise and suggest best technology for building the custom tool and being involved in the development. The tools built within the team will consist of connecting different APIs into one consolidate place and used on different business documents as part of the automatization process. Good communication skills and business understanding is required from the candidate. As well as experience in TDD and Agile.

What do you need for your success?

·  Good communication skills, presentation skills
·  Able to translate technical terminology to user language,
·  Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional IT requirements
·  Strong sense of accomplishment and responsibility
·  Ability to specify and design systems, support enhancements and maintain existing application software programs
·  Strong analytical, good debugging and problem solving skills
·  Analyse and investigate failures, logs and provide overall application support
·  Knowledge of SQL, FTP/NFTP and any programming language like JAVA, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, etc
·  Experience with AGILE way of working and DevOps is benefit
