IBM's Tech Re-Entry program is looking for talented technical professionals who are looking to restart their careers after an absence from the workforce of two years or more. This paid 12 week returnship will enable you to work on projects that match your expertise, interests, and abilities and could lead to full-time employment. During your IBM Tech Re-Entry returnship program, you will have the opportunity to update your skills in a contemporary work environment. You will have access to the latest tools and technologies available and work alongside a multi-disciplinary teams to hone your expertise and deliver on client-critical solutions. You'll be able to experience the breadth of IBM resources while developing new skills and relationships.

The IBM Resilient team's mission is to help organizations thrive in the face of any cyber-attack or business crisis. Our award-winning Incident Response Platform (IRP) empowers security teams to analyze, respond to and mitigate incidents faster, smarter and more efficiently. Resilient is fast becoming the industry standard solution for incident response. The IRP integrates all other security technologies into a single hub and provides easy workflow customization and process automation. Armed with Resilient, security teams can have best-in-class response capabilities and begin to address the critical skills gap in the field of cybersecurity incident response.

The Resilient team is looking for a Motivated, Quality Assurance Engineer, focused on Manual Testing, to help grow the company.

Responsibilities include:
·  Design test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional testing web applications.
·  Develop, update and maintain Regression Plans.
·  Work in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Development Environment.
·  Coordinate testing activities across multiple remote locations.
·  Design and create test scenarios for end-to-end testing.
In order to qualify for this returnship, you must have been out of the full-time workforce for a minimum of 2 years. Upon acceptance of the offer you are required to attend 3 days orientation in Armonk, NY

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Successful candidates must have the following qualifications:
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in an enterprise environment.
·  Experience in test case development for performing functional and regression testing of web applications.
·  Experience working in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development process and with Agile tools such as Jira
·  Proficiency with Linux.

·  Monitoring results of automated test runs and occasionally fixing broken tests.
