IBM currently has numerous openings for cleared Software Engineers and Developers with varying levels of experience to support our clients in the National Capital Region. As an IBM Software Engineer you will support the development and implementation of cost effective solutions to meet business objectives by coordinating detailed technical analysis and design, investigating new approaches, and developing these technical designs.

Duties and Responsibilities
·  Deliver value at frequent intervals by creating usable, tested software that meets the business needs of our customer
·  Develop web services, maintenance, enhancement and operational support of existing applications and web services
·  Work with customer-base through industry leading DevOps practices to rapidly develop prototypes to iteratively solve difficult customer challenges
·  Design wire frames of GUIs and workflows using industry proven open source tools
·  Perform software design, development, integration, and maintenance Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

·  At least 2 years' DoD/IC experience with full life-cycle software development (analysis, design, development, test, deployment, maintenance)
·  At least 2 years' experience building back-end big data services and APIs
