Job description
The position holder is responsible for the following:
· Server's internal security management processes, configuration, control
· Support Delivery Teams with security directions and advice
· Searching for security issues and make solutions and proposals regarding improvement
· Security incident documentation, security risk documentation coordination and/or process execution
· Control and tracking of the accounts' compliance posture
The “Compliance Specialist” position holder is responsible for the support of the compliance posture of the account. Using his/her expertise she/he provides full assistance to the “Compliance lead” for the following tasks and activities:
· Support all global or account related compliance initiatives and enable SSO teams to adhere to them.
· Ensure spotless compliance posture of the IGA EMEA organization
· Assist and actively take part in compliance projects running in EMEA IGA Distributed Tower
· Maintain bi-directional interlock with the GEO, global competency and SSO support teams.
· Fulfill all compliance related reporting obligations on time with quality (e.g. managing CWP data submission)
· Active partner of the account management and EMEA IGA SARM/compliance teams
· Supports internal and external audits and reviews, assists to project office organization
· Support post audit activities and audit/deep dive aftercare. (e.g. action plan, get2green activities)
· Be familiar with IBM's compliance, issue and apar management system and support the compliance posture through it.
