The Salesforce Technical Lead is responsible for the design of the technical applications as well as for recommending best practice solutions based on client business needs. This individual map business requirements to system / technical & integration requirements. A Technical Lead is responsible for the specific technical objectives within an implementation and provide leadership to developers & business analyst for multiple technical portions of projects at any time. They lead functional specification design sessions and technical architecture sessions for enterprise clients and demonstrate thoughtful leadership related to emerging web technologies, web design integration, prototyping, database driven content, and web based user interfaces. In this capacity, this person is expected to provide various options to meet the clients state requirements that blends both Salesforce capabilities as well as 3rd party software recommendations and integrations. A Technical Lead is responsible for the supervision of resources in the writing/execution of the technical spec's jointly with the Functional Lead and engagement team. This resource is on point for the mapping of client's requirements to SightLine and managing the technical team in developing the proper configuration and implementation for the client. This person is responsible for developing in D/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOJO, AJAX and other technologies. The Technical Lead has a strong understanding of relational databases within a developed competency around MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle. • Responsible for the overall delivery and quality of the Technical & Data Integration workstream
• Oversee and contribute to the technical & data integration solution from design to code level
• Work with Product Owner to understand requirements and prioritize development/enhancement requests
• Structure, plan and lead design sessions
• Lead the delivery team to achieve workstream tasks/milestones
• Prioritize development and enhancement requests for the salesforce workstream
• Collaborate with other workstream technical leads to develop integrated solutions and resolve dependencies
• Work closely with Product Owner and Project Manager to provide progress updates and ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
• Structure and lead prototype demos and collect feedback from Product Owner
• Support and execute release planning activities
• Manage salesforce environments and ensure code and data continuity across environments
• Identify environment strategy and conduct environment refreshes if necessary
• Monitor application upgrade activities
• Identify, resolve and/or escalate infrastructure issues
• Coordinate organization technical support resources (e.g., network infrastructure, hardware, etc.), as required
• Manage change control processes
• Provide coaching and development guidance to delivery team members

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  3+ years experience with Salesforce application development.
·  3+ years of previous professional services or consulting experience.
·  3+ years of experience managing a development team of 2-5+ resources and consulting experience
·  3+ years of experience working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Java, Templates and Web Services.
·  3+ years of experience with custom application development in Force.com, utilizing Visual Force and Lightning Components/Framework
·  3+ years of experience with designing and implementing custom applications on Force.com using APEX programming
·  3+ years of experience with object modeling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts.
·  3+ years of background in application development using technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
·  3+ years of experience with integrating with the Salesforce platform using the REST/SOAP APIs or Data Loader
