· Effectively managing the full recruitment life-cycle, using direct sourcing channels to attract talent　

· Providing professional support, coaching and advice to our hiring manager to enable great talent decisions to be made　

· Initiate and develop strong relationships with hiring managers in order to understand and assist with their resourcing requirements as well as maximizing referrals　

· Recommending and implementing improvements for search and selection　

· Pro-actively and professionally represent our company in the external market as an employer of choice for candidates

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· A minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment role　
· Proven experience of sourcing candidates (knowledge of sourcing tools)　

· Very good English and Polish　
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including well developed negotiation skills　

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to hit deadlines　
· Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns at any one time
