This Public Sector Account manager will be responsible for managing accounts and sales process. The candidate is a highly effective with proven track record of delivering business results, Human Relations, excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and business development experience.

Key Performance Indicators :

·  Meet revenue and Sales goals.
·  Account management and strong relationships.
·  Focus on building customer sales pipeline, especially within key target accounts.
·  Demonstrated ability to match solutions to customer needs, understanding of technical environment to ensure clients are provided with the best available IBM solutions
·  Negotiate with multiple levels of customer management, resulting in closing of the sale.
·  Manage internal resources to accomplish successful sales process Requirements :
·  At least 3 years of experience in Account Management and Sales performance, constructing and negotiating complex deals.
·  Knowledge and experience in industry / Public sector (will be advantage)
·  Familiarity with Public sector process
·  Familiarity with IT solutions and Digital trends
·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Self-learning skills
·  Fluent Hebrew and English
