Project Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven delivery track record and a thorough understanding of the Agile development process.

As a Project Manager, you will be a team facilitator and will be responsible for planning, estimation, and delivering the project to budget, bringing the cross-functional team together to deliver. Comfortable with project management skills, you are passionate about digital technology, deeply engage in the objectives of the programs. As a Project Manager, you should identify the business needs of client and propose how to achieve the client's ultimate business success, can consult client executives on successful digital transformation.
The candidate should have no less than 3 years of experience as Project Manager in one of the top-100 Russian banks or a software development vendor working for the bank. The preview experience as development team-lead is preferred.
Candidate should have an Agile (Scrum) experience. Practice in role Product Owner or/and Scrum Master will be plus.
In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients. As such, occasional travel to client sites will be required.

Required:
·  Bachelor's / Master's Degree
·  Must have 3+ years working in the position of Project manager either within the bank or for a software vendor working in the banking industry, experience in managing projects with 25+ project members
·  Accountability for planning and delivery of projects, experience design and technology delivery in a highly agile and collaborative, experimental environment
·  Plan for, execute and manage client communications, including executive level consulting
·  Plan for, execute and manage risks, issues, tasks and project reporting processes
·  Drive the Creative Team and Technical team
·  Manage client and third party dependencies
·  Guard and shield the team from distractions and interruptions from external interferences
·  Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions
·  Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes, tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value
·  Practical experience in Agile (Scrum)
·  Excellent communication and writing skills (to attend client meetings and speak with clarity, write requirements in clear business terms, etc.)
·  English: Basic knowledge
·  Russian: as Native
Preferred:
·  Knowledge of retail or corporate business banking processes and products
·  The preview experience as development team-lead.
·  Familiarity with the current banking legislature
·  English: pre-intermediate + level
