Job Responsibilities:
·  Lead project team in delivering IT solutions to IBM's clients (external or internal)
·  Manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables of the assigned projects which includes applying techniques for initiating, planning, executing, tracking and closing
·  Develop and execute upon a project plan to meet client's requirement while meeting business objectives
·  Manage all project resources, incl. subcontractors to optimize performance, cost, schedule, and quality of the assigned projects
·  Actively manage project's risk and issues
·  Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders
·  Provide a day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client and account team (PE, DPE, TTIM) Requirements:
·  We are looking for a candidate who already had some experience - 2 years minimum - in managing projects especially in technical area:
·  To be able to manage properly the technical activities planning / staffing with the account and other teams
·  To chair problem solving meetings/ mitigation plans definition when an issue occurs
·  To apply problem solving techniques and skills
·  Has experience in managing technical / integration / automation projects
·  Has effective time management, documentation and organizational skills crucial for this role
·  Has excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
·  Is a good team player with ability to manage and motivate project team members Nice to have:
·  PM certifications
·  Knowledge of IBM processes
·  ITIL certification
IT Requirements:
·  Experience in at least one of the following areas:
·  Windows/ Unix/ AIX
·  Application / Middleware upgrade
·  Application migration
·  Data Base
·  Network
·  Security
·  Compliance
·  VMS Migration
·  Infrastructure set up Languages:
·  English: Fluent
